PART 8: INTERPRETATION

114. In the event of any dispute arising out of the interpretation of the various provisions under this Act, the interpretation shall be as per the Dzongkha version of this Act adopted by the National Assembly at its 77 th session held on 26 th July, 1999 corresponding to the 13 th day of 6 th month of the Earth Rabbit Year.
